For male anatomy : Look up the reflex points for the testes, prostate, and bladder. (The unique combination of these points can stimulate the male sexual organs.) Hold their hand in both of yours and use your thumbs to knead those points with gentle yet firm pressure for several minutes. Finish with slightly longer strokes across the whole palm, back of hand, and fingers.
